Sightseeing at (Swayambhunath, City tour and Bhaktapur Durbar Square). This is the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Swayambhunath is the just a few minutes’ drives will take to the nearest hillock of Swayambhunath in the Kathmandu valley, also known as monkey temple.  To see the panoramic view of the Kathmandu this is the ideal place to do so. Swayambhunath is one of the holiest Buddhist Stupas in Nepal.
 
Kathmandu Durbar Sq is the city of the kings were once crowned and legitimized, and from where they ruled. As such, the square remains the traditional heart of the old town and Kathmandu’s most spectacular legacy of traditional architecture. And you can also have a glimpse of Kumari,’Living Goddess”.

Bhaktapur is another ancient cultural city. Bhaktapur boasts the best-preserved courtyards and old city Centres in Nepal. The city is famous for its rich culture, temples and wooden, metal and stone artwork. It is one of the most preferred destinations for travellers from across the world.

Overnight Stay at the Hotel.

The early flight will take you to Nepalgunj where you will have breakfast nearby airport and waiting until the second flight of the day to Jhupal which will take 35 minutes to Jhupal. Lunch at the local lodge at Jhupal and then 3 hours trek down to the Dunai village, where you will stay overnight.

After breakfast trek of the day begins. Cross the suspension bridge form Dunai and move to the westward. There is a meeting point of the Thuri Bheri and Suli Gad rivers, you will follow the latter one and move north. Trails will ascends gradually with the sound of the river. Walkthrough millet, pumpkin, potato and marijuana fields. Trek will continue along the river and reach a small settlement called Hanke. It is the gateway to Shey Phoksundo National Park. Then walk through Parela and Rahangaon to reach Ankhe.

After breakfast, your trek will start through forests and much small water stream that flows from rocky trail. Passing via Ryajik to Sulighat and overnight stay at Sulighat.
The whole trek will take 5 to 6 hours walk.

On the sixth day, the trek will begin along the valley to the junction of Phoksundo River and Pungmo River. Cross the wooden bridge and trek along the Pungmo River to the way to Phoksundo Lake.

Today, the rest and acclimatization day after a long way trekked.

Phoksundo Lake is at an altitude of 3611 meters. Explore the area around Shey Phoksundo Lake, the amazing turquoise-coloured lake is divinely in nature. You can also visit Ringmo village and a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery nearby.

On the 8th day of the trek, the trek begins from Phoksundo Lake. Walkthrough the trail of rocky hills of the western end of the lake. The trail continues through a lush grassland to the flood plain of Phoksundo Khola

On this day, walk through a glacial valley heading north and reach to the junction of Phoksudo River and a stream. Cross the bridge and walk towards the northeast direction and begin an uphill climb. From the top, you can see Kang- La pass.

Today morning you will walk through a strenuous trail that will take you to Kang-La Pass. Kang-La Pass is at an altitude of 5360 meters from where you can have an excellent view of deserted valleys, Crystal Mountain and U- shaped canyon towards Shey-Gompa.

The trail will then descend from the pass, cross the river and walk through meadows where yaks and sheep can be seen grazing. Then walk through small huts, a red Buddhist Shrine welcomes you to Shey Gompa.

After a tireless walk for days on high altitudes, you will have earned a rest in Shey Gompa for acclimatization.

Trek begins through a trail that passes amid Juniper forest leading to a rocky canyon. And walk to reach the top of Saldang –La Pass. From this point, the trail descends towards north to Namduna Gaun. You will walk for 6-7 hours.

Trails begin by ascending barrens hills for hours. After 3-4 hours of the walk, view of Saldang Village can be seen which stretches through a slope above Namga River.

Saldang Village is the largest settlement of the inner Dolpo. Home to the nearly 600 people surrounded by terraced fields. Saldang is an agriculrurally prosperous settlement of Inner Dolpo.

Passing through the Tinling, and Lurigaon Village trek starts to further unexplored area in the north. Walk further to Yangze village. You can explore the Bon-Po monastery and Pnzang River.

A couple of trails will begin to Sibu. Today you have to walk for 6-7 hours passes through Nishalgaon and Shimengaon to Sibu. The trail then leads to Namdo Monastery near Nam Khog River. Trek further for 2 hours to reach Sibu.

Today you begin your trek following Nam Khong River. You will see caravans of Yaks herds. After a few hours walk, you arrive at a meeting point of two small streams. Then the trek ascends to the base of Jeng La pass.

The day starts with uphill climbing to the top of Jenga La Pass (5110m), the trek will take about 2 hours from Jeng La Pass, and magnificent views of Dhaulagiri massif will be seen. Then the trail will descend to Tarap Valley, upon reaching near the stream you follow the stream to Tokyu Village.

This is the easiest trail of the region, You walkthrough the broad fertile valley and  4-5 hours walk will take to Dho Tarap.

Full day rest at Dho Tarap.

You have to walk 6-7 hours to reach Tarap Khola. Trails descending towards a valley which passes through the bushes of junipers and finally leads to the meeting point of  Tarap Chu and the Lang Khola. Then you will reach to Kamakharkha.

Trek begins along the Tarap Khola and sometimes it gets narrower even you can jump to cross the river. Then 4- 5 hours walk will take you to the Khanigaun where you will be staying in a tented camp.

Trek of the day passes through Lalbeti Village and then to the forest, then trail descends to a George then trek alongside the river. After walking for 4-5 hours you will reach to Tarakot.

Tarakot is a small town which once used to be a fortress. It used to be a capital of Tichorung Kingdom and was a popular trading point.

That night you will be staying at tented camp

After breakfast, walk along the Bheri River passing through several gorges, Villages and bridges to reach Dunai. Passe through Lawan village, Byas Gadi and Lochakhola Gaon to reach Dunai and overnight stay at Dunai in teahouse.

Dunai is the district headquarter of Dolpo.

After breakfast, the trail for 2-3 hours start to reach Jhupal following Thuli Bheri and you will pass through Dhupichaur, Rupgad, Kalagaonda and Motipur to finally arrive at Jhupal.

Take a flight to Nepalgunj and have lunch nearby airport on Nepalgunj and then take an evening flight to Kathmandu and then check in to the hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast go for sightseeing in Kathmandu major area Pashupatinath temple one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the World. The holy river Bagmati and the Burning Ghats (Cremation) and also visit one of the oldest and biggest Stupas of Boudhanath.  Lunch
